2. The tendency to see the best in others and to help them achieve their potential.
3. The need to belong to a group and to establish warm and friendly relationships with others.
4. The tendency to find joy in one’s work and to achieve quality results.
Your training consists of developing or strengthening each of these modules and finding the balance between the 4 :

1. Discover the cognitive process of the module : it always follows a logical sequence, starting with thoughts, followed by emotions, behaviors, then impacts.
2. Select, from the proposed behaviors, the one that seems most relevant to observe in yourself. Take care to memorize it or write it down so that you can come back to it during the day.
3. Once or twice a day, compare your observations with the cognitive process of the module. The goal is to refine your analysis and gradually get closer to it over a week.
